TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All estimates/quotes are based on our understanding of your needs and are provided within thespecified timeframe. Any modifications to the functionality, even minor enhancements, mayresult in increased charges. We request you to read all the term and condition statementsmentioned below. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

We receive 20% when we begin the project, 20% after we have completed half of the projectand 60% when the entire project is completed
If the project is delayed by 15 days, we will reimburse 8% of the total project cost.
There will be no refunds or cancellations of the project's original payment.
The online payment made by the client or customer can’t be refunded after we start our job orit has been 15 days.
If there will be additional tasks after project is outlined and budget is defined, then we willcharge extra for every single additional modification
On the total project cost, we will provide maintenance only and any other extra service will becharged.

Payment Obligations for Website Creation:

A down payment is necessary to commence website development. Unless a different priceis specified in an alternate contract or proposal, this is usually 50% of the initialdesign cost.
Regardless of whether the customer has supplied all of the material for the pages, the finalpayment is needed.
This clause exists to encourage the customer to provide content as soon as possible so thattheir site may go online
It also guarantees that ITFox is compensated for fulfilling its obligations under the proposal,even if the client's material is late.
After the three months have passed, content submitted to the site will be billed at ourstandard hourly rate.
If the customer requests design and navigation modifications after they have been expresslyauthorized by the client.

Cancellation of Website Development:

Depending on the circumstances, ITFox may opt to provide a partial refund at its exclusivediscretion.

Project Completion/Lapse:

We intend to complete your website within two calendar months and to do so, we need you tomake decisions and submit material as soon as possible.
If we've completed the design and construction but haven't received material from you after 3months, we retain the right to lapse the project at our discretion, and you'll need to pay areactivation charge before we begin it, or the additional work will be on a contingency basis atour hourly rate.

As a legitimate person, use our application and services.
Either of our websites that contribute to the privacy notice was worth a gander.
Obtain any interaction from us like newsletters, emails, phone calls or texts.

Payment Delay or Non-Payment:

We retain the right to charge late or non-payment fees and interest by late payment rulesand regulations.
We also retain the right to temporarily halt construction and/or pull your website from theinternet until late fees and payments are made.
If you are late with a payment or discontinue your direct debit without our permission at anypoint during the agreed payment schedule, we reserve the right to pursue you for theremainder of the project cost, plus fees and interest as described in section.
We may also send the invoice to a bill collection agency, which will charge additional costs.
Until the website is fully paid for, it will remain our property. After you've paid for thewebsite, you'll be able to change it or move it around as you see appropriate.

Website Maintenance:

Other than domain registration and hosting, there are no expenses associated with websiteupkeep. The majority of individuals work on their website at least once a year, for which wehave numerous plans.
By installing a bespoke Content Management System, we may make specific portions of the siteupdatable. We bill on an hourly basis for work we undertake on the site after it is life.
If you anticipate that maintenance will be required frequently, you can purchase a prepaidmaintenance contract that offers a reduced hourly cost.
For the convenience and specific demands, we may create a maintenance plan fulfilling your needs.

Homepage Design:

The site design is deemed ready for deployment after the customer approves it, generally byemail consent. If a customer requests modifications to a design that they have accepted, suchchanges will be billed at our normal hourly rate.

Navigation:

The site navigation is deemed ready for execution once the customer approves the siteoutline/map, which is generally done through email permission. This becomes the siteframework when combined with the approved graphic design. Any future adjustments are billedat our normal hourly rate once this structure has been built per customer approval.

Material:

Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance as part of the project proposal, the clientis responsible for providing the following project material:

Content of the text
Development of a copy
Content with graphics

Jurisdictional Issues

These terms and conditions are published in English and will be enforced according to Englishlaw.

Extenuating Circumstances:

While we make every effort to accomplish everything we say when we say it, there areoccasions when circumstances beyond our control prohibit us from doing so. Naturalcatastrophes and Acts of Nature, political action and war, loss of power or telephone services,and illness are examples of these conditions.
If anything like this happens to impair our work, we will do all we can to minimize thedisturbance, keep you informed, and meet our service provider’s promises.
Our contract will continue in effect in such circumstances, and neither party will be able tocancel it unless both parties agree in writing.

Other Situations

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change withoutnotice.
